Bad day.

I had a really bad day yesterday I was

fighting with mum and Ash then left.

I took too much seroquel and mum took

me to emergency. I don't know why I did.

The symptoms weren't what I expected,

I was twitching on my left side and shaking

and then I found it hard staying awake,

everything was blurry and sounded far away.

I saw the hospital psych and doctor then went home.
